OVERVIEW
All orders are subject to acceptance by Flooverish. Processing of payment shall not in itself constitute acceptance. Flooverish reserves the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving any reason. In the event of rejection, Flooverish will refund or cancel any payments received in ful, via the payment method used to place the order.
All order made by you are subject to stock availability. We reserves the right to cancel, amend your order in whole or in part, at any time and without any liability or compensation in the event that any produc is out of stock, damaged or spoil, or unavailable for any other reason.
An order only considered made/confirmed once payment done.
Please make sure that all information and details such as address, postcode, contact number of the recipient is correct. We will held no responsibility for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. Additional charges will be imposed for re-delivering the item.
Prices
We reserve the rights to amend/change our products' prices without prior notice. Flower's price may change according to different circumstances like market price, season and others.
All our prices are excluded delivery charges unless it's stated.
When placing an order with us, you are responsible to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number of the recipient as well as your daytime contact phone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the delivery address as prescribed by you.
In the event that a delivery is re-routed upon the request of the order recipient or upon the request by you, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery date shall not be re-scheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable nature of the products.
Flowers availability & substitution
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality without prior notice.
Each product is 100% handmade and unique with one another. In such, bouquet size, arrangements, bloom size and colour might vary from the pictures shown. However, our team will always ensure the flowers made according to our standard.
Please take note that occurrence of scars on petals are common, customers could pluck off some of the petals if necessary. We try our best to provide the freshest flowers, but dl understand that we are unable to stop decomposition of flowers. Thus, we held no responsibility for the freshness of flowers once delivered or upon collection by the customers.
Bouquet wrappers, ribbon colour are subject to change to a similar colour based on the availability.
Once flower is done cannot be changed. Extra charges may applied for any changing On the flower when the flower is made.
