All orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed and payment has been made.

Customers may request to reschedule or amend order details by contacting our customer service via WhatsApp-0165642107 at least 5 days in advance. Requests made less than 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will not be accepted.

We ensure all flowers are carefully checked and in good condition before dispatch. However, minor damage may occur during transit. As flowers are highly perishable items, we do not accept any returns.

Refunds will only be issued if more than 50% of the flowers are wilted or damaged upon arrival. All claims must be reported within 3 hours from the time the order leaves our store, along with clear photo evidence.

We do not entertain any complaints or claims made after the same day of delivery, to ensure fair assessment.

Please note that natural marks, slight imperfections, and variations in size, shape, or colour are part of the nature of fresh flowers and do not indicate that the flowers are not fresh.
