Flower delivery available from Monday to Sunday by using Lalamove delivery courier, except when we are off. Delivery time usually starts from 11.30am -6pm.
In any event of peak periods, our delivery services will be extended from 10 am - 7pm. You can choose to deliver before 3pm / after 3pm, if no mention delivery time, item will be delivered between 11.30am-6pm. Although we will try our best to suit your preferred delivery time range, there is no guarantee on this especially during peak seasons. We cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to any unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, unpredictable rainy weather/flood or anything else beyond of our control.
When placing an order with us, you are responsible to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number of the recipient as well as your daytime contact phone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the delivery address as prescribed by you.
In the event that a delivery is re-routed upon the request of the order recipient or upon the request by you, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery date shall not be re-scheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable nature of the products.No refund of delivery fee if would to change address after placed order on website.
