Same-Day Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer same-day delivery and pickup services to better serve your needs. Kindly review the following terms:

1. Cut-Off Time  
All same-day delivery or pickup orders must be placed before 3:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next available day.

2. Same-Day Delivery / Pickup Timing  
Orders eligible for same-day service will be arranged between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.  
Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as routes are planned based on location and order volume.

3. Orders Placed After Cut-Off Time  
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next day, with delivery or pickup available between 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

4. Delivery Notes  
- Delivery timing is estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.  
- We recommend placing orders early to secure your preferred date.  
- For urgent requests, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist (subject to availability).

5. Pickup Notes  
- Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection.  
- Kindly arrive within the scheduled time window to ensure freshness of the flowers.
